Send the referral
Fax a demographic sheet, relevant notes, and imaging reports to (321) 972-1132, or call (321) 972-1102 to speak with our team directly.
Physician records review
Our medical director reviews records and imaging personally. If we're not the right treatment, we'll say so and suggest what is — before your patient makes a trip.
Consultation within one week
Most patients are seen within a week of referral. You receive a consult note promptly, including our recommendation and proposed course.
Treatment & return
Courses run 1–5 sessions. You get a treatment summary at completion, imaging follow-up coordinated with your practice, and your patient back — we don't absorb referrals.
