Advanced radiosurgery & radiotherapy, condition by condition.

Every treatment below is noninvasive — no incisions, no head frames, no hospital stay. Delivered on the Varian Edge® with HyperSight™ under the direction of our medical director.

Brain Metastases

Frameless SRS · single session · painless

Once considered untreatable, brain metastases can now be noninvasively ablated — whether there is one or fifty. We couple treatment with the highest-resolution imaging available to maximize the probability of eradication, completed painlessly and within minutes.

Also treated: acoustic neuroma / vestibular schwannoma, meningioma, and other benign tumors.

Essential & Parkinsonian Tremor

Virtual cone SRS thalamotomy · <25 min · no head shaving

Frameless, virtual-cone SRS precisely targets the tremor-causing region of the brain — no surgery, no incision, no invasive head frame. MRI-based connectomic targeting customizes therapy to each patient; most leave with no post-treatment restrictions.

Guided by Dr. Evan Thomas, PI of the phase I/II frameless SRS thalamotomy trial.

Trigeminal Neuralgia

Radiosurgical rhizotomy · single session · outpatient

A minimally invasive radiosurgical rhizotomy for one of medicine's most debilitating facial pain conditions — delivering durable relief with unparalleled precision and safety, without open surgery.

Dystonia & Movement Disorders

Radiosurgical pallidotomy · noninvasive

For Parkinsonian or primary dystonia, precisely focused beams target the basal ganglia without incisions. Patients typically experience gradual, durable improvement over the weeks to months following treatment.

Severe & Refractory Pain Syndromes

Hypophysectomy / cingulotomy · single session

Neuropathic pain, post-stroke thalamic pain, and end-stage cancer pain can be treated with noninvasive radiosurgical targeting of pain-processing sites in the brain. Substantial relief can arrive within 24–48 hours of a single outpatient session.

Epilepsy & Spasticity

Functional radiosurgery · noninvasive

Functional radiosurgery offers a noninvasive option for selected patients with medically refractory epilepsy and spasticity, targeting seizure foci and spinal nerve roots without open neurosurgery.

02

SBRT / SABR Radiotherapy

Prostate Cancer

5 sessions · MRI + PET focal boost

High-dose radiation delivered in five short sessions. High-resolution MRI and PET identify the dominant nodule for a focal boost, while the neurovascular bundle is segmented and spared to maximize erectile preservation.

Enhanced by SpaceOAR®, fiducial markers, and a medication protocol designed to minimize urinary and sexual side effects — many patients finish treatment with better function than before.

Early-Stage Breast Cancer

5 sessions · 1–2 weeks · tumor-bed only

Five-fraction SBRT as a precise, patient-friendly alternative to 3–6 weeks of whole-breast radiation. Pinpoint targeting of the tumor bed spares healthy tissue — preserving breast appearance and reducing skin changes, fibrosis, and fatigue.

Ventricular Tachycardia

Cardiac radioablation · single session · same-day

For life-threatening arrhythmia that doesn't respond to medication, noninvasive cardiac radioablation targets the arrhythmogenic focus in a single, painless, outpatient procedure — roughly 90% effective in reducing arrhythmia frequency when properly targeted.

03

Ultra Low-Dose Radiotherapy (LDRT)

Precisely targeted, ultra-low-dose radiation that reduces inflammation at its source — a safe, noninvasive alternative for patients who can't tolerate surgery or long-term medication. Our medical director is among the national leaders in this therapy.

Low Back & Neck Pain

Spine arthropathy · facet-mediated pain

LDRT targets the inflamed facet joints and arthropathic changes that drive chronic low back and neck pain — a noninvasive option when injections have stopped working and surgery is unappealing. We are among the leaders in bringing this treatment to spine disease.

Osteoarthritis

Knee, hip, hand, shoulder & more

Over 80% of patients experience significant or complete pain relief within 1–2 weeks, with effects often lasting months to years. Sessions take 10–15 minutes — no incisions, no anesthesia, no recovery time, no significant side effects.

Sports Injuries & Tendinopathies

Inflammatory arthropathies · overuse injuries

The same anti-inflammatory mechanism applies to rheumatoid arthritis, tendinopathies, and chronic overuse injuries — returning athletes and active patients to function without downtime.

04

Conventional Radiotherapy

Most cancer care still calls for a standard fractionated course, and we treat the full range of it here — on the same Varian Edge® platform, with the same imaging, planning, and quality assurance as our radiosurgery cases. Representative indications below; if your diagnosis isn't listed, ask.
